摘    要:为实现对火炮身管弯曲度的非接触无损检测,提出不完全整体式结构下的检测方法。利用半导体激光准直光束作为测量参考基准,位置敏感探测器(PSD)作为接受器件,应用单片机实现系统的总体控制,最大程度减化系统外部结构。建立系统数学模型,实现火炮身管直线度的非接触无损自动检测,最终达到预期的效果。

Abstract:To realize a non-destructive detection for flexure degree of gun bore, a detecting method based on incomplete whole type structure is put forward. Adopt semi-conductor laser collimation light beam as measurement reference basis and position sensitive detector (PSD) as receive spare part, use single chip to carry out the total control of system, and furthest simplify the system's exterior structure. Through a mathematic model's establishment a non-destructive detecting method for gun bore's flexure degree is realized. An anticipant effect is completed by this method.
