基于防火隔热涂层的试验发动机快烤研究

摘    要:为研究固体火箭发动机防火隔热涂层的防火隔热性能,对其发动机快烤试验进行分析.从可行性和实际条件考虑,设计了用于快烤试验的发动机壳体,将ZS系列防火隔热涂料进行复配后喷涂于试验发动机表面,进行快速烤燃试验,并通过实例分别对其试验结果及温度场进行分析.试验结果表明:防火隔热涂层对试验发动机快速烤燃的内表面温度提升有延迟作用,延迟时间为ZS混合型>ZS1000>ZS2000.

Abstract:For researching the fireproof and thermal insulation feature of fireproof and thermal insulation coating of solid rocket, analyze engine fast cook-off test. Based on the feasibility and practical conditions, design the engine shell for fast cook-off test. The ZS series of fireproof and thermal insulation coatings were compounded and sprayed on the surface of the test engine to perform the fast cook-off test. Separately analyze the test results and temperature field by test. The test result show that the fireproof and thermal insulation coating has a delay effect on the internal surface temperature of the test engine, and the delay time is ZS hybrid type>ZS1000>ZS2000.
