摘    要:基于应变传感技术的智能称重系统,是针对无线遥控、遥测电子吊秤及单遥测电子吊秤等称重传感器的微伏级直流信号进行自动测量,利用单片机的智能特点而设计的。被测量信号由传感器变换成电信号送到线性放大器放大,经A/D转换器后送到单片机系统实时处理,通过软件编码技术进行二次编码后送到发射机发射。地面接收机收到信号后,送到单片机系统进行二次解码,再实时处理、储存、打印,并送到主计算机联网。其关键技术包括:双积分A/D转换电路、单片机信号处理软件、消除零漂、排除干扰的数字滤波、显示准确度调校和实时标度变换等技术。

Abstract:Aiming an automatic measure for DC sign in microvolt level of weighing sensors used in wireless remote control and measure of electronic suspend scale, the intelligent weighing system based on strain sensing technology is designed, in according to the intelligent characteristics for single chip microcomputer. The measured sign is changed into electronic sign with sensor, and it is sent to linear amplifier to magnify. After passing through A/D converter, it is sent to microcomputer and is processed in real-time. The processed sign is again coded with software coding technology and is sent into computer network. The key technologies include A/D conversion circuit with double integral, sign processing software for the microcomputer, eliminating zero excursion and the interference for digital filter, display precision adjusted and real-time graduation.
