摘    要:复杂电子装备的智能故障诊断技术主要包括基于专家系统、神经网络和模糊逻辑的故障诊断,其发展趋势为综合智能诊断系统、远程故障诊断、分布式故障诊断及便携式诊断仪等.智能故障诊断技术与传统故障诊断技术相结合,可构造高效而智能的故障诊断平台.

Abstract:Intelligent fault diagnosis techniques for complex electronic equipments mainly include fault diagnosis based on expert system, neural network and fuzzy logic, and its development trend is synthetically intelligent diagnosis system, long-distance fault diagnosis, distributed fault diagnosis and portable diagnosis instrument, etc. Intelligent and traditional fault diagnosis techniques can be combined to build efficient and intelligent fault diagnosis platform.
