摘    要:当通有交变电流的激励线圈靠近被检测试件时,产生的交变磁场会在试件表面感应出电流.基于交变磁场测量法(ACFM)的原理,建立被测试件感应电流流向模型,并把电磁场场量分成三个分量进行分析,再用ANSYS基于有限元法的金属表面缺陷检测仿真.仿真结果表明,通过测量扰动磁场的分布,可检测金属表面缺陷.

Abstract:When an AC exciting coil is put nearly a test plate, a current will be induced by the Alternating Current Field. Based on the theory of Alternating Current Field Measurement method, a model of the direction of the induced current following in the plate is given, and the electromagnetic field is analyzed by divided in three directions, and also the detection and simulation of cracks in the metal surface is done with ANSYS. The simulation results shows that the cracks in the metal surface can be measured by measuring the distribution of the disturbed magnetic field.
