摘    要:在区域火灾报警控制器中,FM31256芯片的非易失性数据存储器、实时时钟、看门狗等功能,增强系统可靠性.FM31256芯片利用铁电体技术,其存储区分为系统标志、探测器物理编码、探测器逻辑编码、探测器标志及报警记录区等部分.系统MCU采用89C52芯片,而89C52芯片分别与FM31256的SCL和SDA引脚相连,并以I2C总线协议实现单片机与FM31256间的数据交换.

Abstract:The nonvolatile data memory, real-time clock, and watchdog functions of FM31256 chip were adopted by region fire alarm and control device to improve the system reliability. The ferroelectric technology was used by FM31256 chip. The storage area of chip could be divided into system sign, physical coding of detector, logical coding of detector, detector sign and alarming record area. The 89C52 chip was adopted by system MCU. The 89C52 chip was connected with SCL and SDA in FM31526 through pins. And the I2C bus protocol was also adopted to realize the data exchange between single chip and FM31256.
