摘 要: | 为研究某先导式减压阀动态性能,基于AMESim 软件建立先导式减压阀测试系统动态仿真模型。在分析
其结构和工作原理的基础上,对先导式减压阀开启过程和负载变化时的调整过程进行模拟,得到其动态性能曲线。
该研究可为先导式减压阀设计及优化提供一定的参考。

Dynamic Simulation on Pilot Pressure Reducing Valve Based on AMESim |

Abstract: | In order to study the dynamic performance of a pilot-operated pressure reducing valve, a dynamic simulation
model of the pilot-operated pressure reducing valve test system was established based on AMESim software. On the basis
of analyzing its structure and working principle, the adjustment process of the pilot-operated pressure reducing valve
opening process and load change is simulated, and its dynamic performance curve is obtained. This study can provide a
reference for the design and optimization of pilot-operated pressure reducing valves. |
