基于AHP 和模糊综合评价法的装备维修保障效能评估

摘    要:针对影响导弹武器装备维修保障效能发挥的诸多因素,对基于AHP(analytic hierarchy process)和模糊综 合评价法的装备维修保障效能进行评估。根据模糊综合评价法,构建导弹武器装备维修保障效能评价模型,利用层 次分析法确定评价指标权重,综合分析完成维修保障任务的保障效能,评估出导弹武器装备维修保障体系中各要素 的能力水平,并对模型进行求解验证。计算结果表明,该方法可有效地对导弹武器装备维修体系的维修效能进行定 量评估。

Effectiveness Evaluation of Equipment Maintenance Support Based on AHP and Fuzzy Comprehensive Evaluation Method
Abstract:Aiming at many factors affecting the effectiveness of missile weapon equipment maintenance support, the effectiveness of equipment maintenance support based on AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is evaluated. According to the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, the evaluation model of missile weapon equipment maintenance support effectiveness is constructed. The weight of evaluation index is determined by analytic hierarchy process. The support effectiveness of accomplishing maintenance support task is analyzed comprehensively. The capability level of each element in the maintenance support system of missile weapon equipment is evaluated, and the model is solved and validated. The calculation results show that this method can effectively evaluate the maintenance effectiveness of missile weapon equipment maintenance system quantitatively.
