远程火箭炮打击平台作战效能评估

摘    要:针对远程火箭炮打击平台未来面临多战场环境下作战考验的问题,提出一种运用云模型的评估方法。在 构建远程火箭炮打击平台作战效能评估指标体系的基础上,评估在不同战场环境下远程火箭炮打击平台作战效能; 通过实验证明复杂战场环境对远程火箭炮打击平台作战效能发挥产生影响。实验结果表明:该方法能够对摸清远程 火箭炮打击平台在不同战场环境下作战能力底数,改进远程火箭炮打击平台装备发展及为部队有针对性应用实践提 供支撑。

Operational Effectiveness Evaluation of Long Range Rocket Artillery Strike Platform
Abstract:Aiming at the problem that the long range rocket artillery strike platform will face the battle test in the multi battlefield environment in the future, an evaluation method using cloud model is proposed. On the basis of building the operational effectiveness evaluation index system of the long-range rocket artillery strike platform, the operational effectiveness of the long-range rocket artillery strike platform in different battlefield environments is evaluated; Experiments show that the complex battlefield environment has an impact on the operational effectiveness of the long-range rocket artillery attack platform. The experimental results show that this method can provide support for finding out the base of the combat capability of the long-range rocket artillery attack platform in different battlefield environments, improving the equipment development of the long-range rocket artillery attack platform and the targeted application practice of the army.
