高技术武器装备维修保障力量建设之思考

摘    要:针对现有高技术武器装备维修保障力量数量、质量不足等问题,提出高技术武器装备维修保障力量建设的一些思考。在深刻把握高技术武器装备维修保障力量建设面临新形势的基础上,立足我国高技术武器装备维修保障力量现状,从现役、预备役和地方动员3个方面阐述了高技术武器装备维修保障力量,提出了调整优化高技术武器装备维修保障力量结构,开发运用先进的维修保障手段,培育高技术武器装备维修保障人才队伍,完善高技术武器装备维修保障力量军民融合机制的建议。该研究可为我军提升高技术武器装备维修保障能力和效益提供一定的参考。

Abstract:Aimed at the problems about the quantity and quality deficiency of the high-tech weapon equipment maintenance support forces,the calculation about construction of high-tech weapon equipment maintenance support forces is put forward.Based on a profound understanding of the new situation of construction of high-tech weapon equipment maintenance support forces,and based upon the actuality of the domestic high-tech weapon equipment maintenance support forces,describe the high-tech weapon equipment maintenance support forces from three aspects of the active,reserve and civilian,introduce suggestions about adjustment and optimization of high-tech weapon equipment maintenance support forces structure,developing and using advanced maintenance support methods,cultivating maintenance operators for high-tech weapon equipment maintenance support forces,and improving army-civilian fusion mechanism of high weapon equipment maintenance support forces.The research can provide some reference for the capacity and benefit enhancement of the high-tech weapon equipment maintenance support.
