基于ProFiBus的大功率整流装置智能通信

基于现场总线的大功率整流装置智能通信电路，采用ProFiBus总线协议多功能转换器SPC3、单片机、可编程器件、CFU及逻辑芯片．其ProFiBus—DP接口把大功率整流装置作为DP从站，与其它产品的ProFiBus—DP接口组成ProFiBus—DF网，或单独组网，实现计算机远距离监控与管理．并可实现整个整流机组设备的操作、监视和联锁保护，就地显示直流电流／电压、导通角、电流给定、报警和故障等信息。

Intelligent Communication of Large Power Commutated Device Based on PorfiBus

In view of the big power commutated devices dont have the communication function when multiple units working at the same time, an intelligent communication circuit of the device based on PorfiBus was designed. The hardware of this circuit consists of PorfiBus protocol multi-functional converter SPC3, single-chip computer, and in-system programming logical chip, and its software uses module programming. Big power commutated device is used as the DP slave of PorfiBus-DP interface, the big power commutated devices is connected with other PorfiBus-DP devices to compose PorfiBus network or by themselves, so, the remote monitor and supervision is realized. It also can operate, supervise and interlocked protect the all of the commutated device, and display the information about the direct current/voltage, the conducting angle, the desired current, the alarm and the error of the local device.
