摘    要:防空武器火力拦截系统效能评估,采用改进AHP分析法和FUZZY评判法,通过建立因素集、评判集、权重集、确定各因素隶属函数及计算隶属度,综合权重和隶属度,计算总效能等步骤建立评价模型.试验证明改进AHP-FUZZY方法可降低计算难度,使算法更具可操作性.

Abstract:For the efficiency assessment of firepower intercept system, improved AHP analysis method and FUZZY assessment method were adopted. The assessment model was established as follows: factor collection, assessment collection, and weight collection were established; the attribute functions of every factor were ensured and subject degrees were calculated; the weight and attribute degrees were integrated; at last, the whole efficiency was calculated. The test proved that betterment improved AHP and FUZZY methods could achieve better operability.
