摘    要:基于激光三维扫描仪的军械装备器材非接触式三维信息采集系统,由PC机、激光扫描仪及旋转台装置组成.由零件寻位扫描控制软件获得装备表面特征的扫描点云数据.通过PolyWorks对数据预处理并拟和成NURBS曲面、网格模型生成后再简化和修补其三角模型.最后输出STL文件,同时以其它格式输出给其它软硬件系统.

Abstract:The ordnance non-contacting 3D data auto-collecting system based on laser 3D scanner is composed of PC, laser scanner and rotating platform device. The equipment surface character scanning points cloud data wereobtained by the hardware locating & scanning control software. Through the data were preprocessed by PolyWorks to analogically synthesize NURBS curved surface which formed net model to simplify and repair its triangular model. At last, files were outputted in L, and files in other formats for other software or hardware systems simultaneously.
