摘 要: | 为提高发射效率,提出通过加装导磁构件改变磁场构型的新型驱动线圈结构。在分析驱动线圈磁场分布
对发射器性能影响的基础上,优化驱动线圈磁场构型,分析导磁构件的结构参数对磁场构型的影响规律。结果表明:
该方法能减小线圈磁场泄露和级间耦合,增大线圈内部磁场轴向梯度和发射组件所受磁场力,提高电磁线圈发射器
的能量转换效率,得出导磁构件结构参数的最优值。

An Optimization Method of Magnetic Field Configuration for
Electromagnetic Coil Launcher |

Abstract: | In order to improve the emission efficiency, a new drive coil structure is proposed by adding a magnetic
conductor to change the magnetic field configuration. Based on the analysis of the influence of the magnetic field
distribution of the driving coil on the launcher performance, the magnetic field configuration of the driving coil is
optimized, and the influence of the structural parameters of the magnetic conductor on the magnetic field configuration is
analyzed. The results show that the method can reduce the magnetic field leakage and inter-stage coupling, increase the
axial gradient of the magnetic field inside the coil and the magnetic field force of the transmitting component, improve the
energy conversion efficiency of the electromagnetic coil launcher, and obtain the optimal value of structural parameters of
the magnetic conductor. |
