DSP的PWM信号输出接口设计

摘    要:由2407 DSP产生PWM信号驱动功率电路,可实现变频调速控制.该设计在TMS320LF2407与外接接口时,中间需加入1个电平匹配电路.DSP输出的6路PWM信号,经SN74LVC16244电平匹配后,再加1个电流驱动芯片MC1413,把信号输出给功率驱动电路工作.其通过同相接法驱动IPM,调速算法则采用SVPWM空间矢量算法.

Abstract:In order to realize inverter velocity modulation,the PWM signal drive power circuit is produced by 2407DSP. When designing the TMS320LF2407 and external interface,a voltage level matching circuit is added. The six-route voltage level matching of the PWM signal from DSP is carried out with a chip named SN74LVC16244. After the matching of voltage level,plus the effect of current drive chip MC1413,the power circuit can work normally with the PWM signal. The IPM is driven in the same way,and the SVPWM space vector algorithm is adopted by velocity modulation algorithm.
