地空导弹电子维修车保障效能的灰色综合评估

摘    要:地空导弹电子维修车保障效能评估模型以地空导弹电子维修车为对象构建。根据研究对象的特点,利用Delphi法建立电子维修车保障效能的综合评估指标体系。采用熵值法确定指标权重,消除各因素权重的主观性,使评估结果更符合实际。借助灰色理论,建立灰色综合评估模型,最后以实例进行验证,取得客观的评估结果。

Abstract:Took the surface-to-air missile electronic maintenance vehicle as investigative object,its support efficiency evaluative model was constructed.According to characteristics of the investigative object,an integrated evaluative guide line system of electronic maintenance vehicle support efficiency was established by Delphi technique.Weighted entropy was adopted to ascertain the weight of each index,and eliminate the subjectivity of each factor,which made the evaluative result coincident with the practice.In virtue of the gray theory,the gray integrated evaluative model was constructed.Finally example showed the model is validated,and has acquired an external evaluative result.
