摘    要:基于运动规律法的变速压智能控制策略,结合2.4m暂冲式跨声速风洞的特点进行设计.其采用的模糊算法将控制过程分为多个调节段,各段根据误差和误差变化率智能选择调节参数.当误差变化到一定范围内则采用神经元PID控制器对总压的精确调节.稳态控制器则采用单神经元PID控制器,保证在设定值附近具有良好的调节效果.应用结果表明,该策略满足全模颤振试验的特殊要求,取得了流场调节过程快速、准确、可靠的试验效果.

Abstract:Combined with the characteristic of the 2.4m intermittent transonic wind tunnel, an intelligent control tactics of adjusting dynamical pressure was designed based on the law of motion. The control process was divided into several regulating steps based on the adopted fuzzy algorithm, according to error and error variable rate in each step, regulating parameter was selected intelligently. When error changes to a certain range, to achieve an accurate regulation of P0, a nerve cell PID controller was adopted. And to ensure a superior regulating effect near the set point, a single nerve cell PID controller was adopted to the steady state controller. The application of intelligent control tactics was proved to satisfy the special needs of adjusting dynamical pressure in the complete model flutter testing, and the flow field regulating effect in practical wind tunnel testing was swiftly, exactly and reliablely.
