摘    要:基于复杂电磁环境的基本概念,通过对影响复杂电磁环境构建系统效能的诸多因素的分析,建立评估指标体系,该体系涉及电磁信号性能、系统适用能力,以及系统构建费用。并运用模糊数适于量化模糊信息的特点,提出一种基于模糊数的效能评估方法,并通过实例计算验证。

Abstract:Based on the basic concepts of the complicated electromagnetic environment, and by means of analyzing the factors which influence the efficiency of the complicated electromagnetic environment, then set up the evaluation index system, which involves the performance of electromagnetic signals, the system application ability, as well as system costs. According to fuzzy numbers suitable for quantifying the characteristics of fuzzy information, propose an effectiveness assessment methods based on fuzzy numbers, and verify it by example.
