| 摘 要： | 针对陆军装备在部队训练使用中频发的问题，提出实施精品工程来提升陆军装备质量建设水平。论述实施精品工程的重要意义，分析精品装备的科学内涵以及打造精品装备面临的矛盾难题，并提出推进实施精品工程的思路举措。该研究可集中解决装备建设中存在的突出问题，进一步提高陆军装备的可靠性和保障性。

| Abstract: | Aiming at the army equipment problems which frequently occurred in training, put forwards excellent project to improve army quality construction of army equipment. Describe importance of excellence project, analysis scientific connotation of excellent equipment and contradiction of establish excellent equipment, then introduce measure of carrying out excellent project. The research can resolve prominent problems in equipment establishment. Furthermore, improve reliability and supportability of army equipment. |
