基于VG7和AC主轴电机的位置闭环伺服系统

摘    要:比较交流伺服和交流变频传动特点,从机床特殊控制需求和实用出发,以变频器驱动AC主轴电机,利用检测元件和NC组成位置半或全闭环交流伺服系统,并给出设计、调试和实测数据。该技术方案在生产中获得成功应用,具有较好的参考价值。

Abstract:Comparing characteristics of AC servo and AC frequency converted transmission, and based on special control requirements and practicality of machine tools, use transducer to drive AC principal axis electro-motors, and combine detect components and NC as positional half/full close-looped AC Servo. Scheme, debugging and test data of the servo system are introduced. The technical scheme has been practically used in production, which has nice reference value.
