摘    要:基于虚拟仪器和LabVIEW技术的机车辅保插件综合测试台由虚拟仪器、多功能信号采集卡、I/O模数输出卡、信号调整电路、系统调压电路及通道选择单元构成.操作员通过虚拟仪器发出指令,执行后转换为数据信号输出给I/O卡并完成数模转换.输出的模拟信号经电压调整后通过继电器矩阵完成相应的通道选择,作为被测试设备的输入信号.经过软件处理后,将检测过程与结果储存并通过网络设备实现在局域网中的资源共享.

Abstract:The integrated test station for railroad-repair-shop based on Virtual Instrument (VI) and Lab VIEW technology is composed of VI, multifunction signal collector, analog digital I/O card, signal conditioning unit, regulating circuit and channel selector unit. Operator sent commond via VI, and transformed it to digital signal data, then sent it to I/O card and completed D/A converting. After adjusted the voltage of analog signal, corresponding channel selection was implemented with relay matrix. The analog signal is transmitted as the input of tested instrument. After software tested, the testing process and result is stored, resource sharing in LAN was realized with net equipments.
