柴油机状态监测与故障诊断系统

摘    要:采用分布式架构的柴油机状态监测与故障诊断系统,其硬件包括底层传感器、中间层信号调理和顶层计算机监测诊断.系统软件用Labview编写,并采用非耦合模块设计.低速信号通过串口送到主机,监控信号采用USB与主机通讯,高速采样用内插板卡实现信号传输.其故障诊断采用两级专家系统,前端计算单个故障初级可信度,后端融合单个信号信息,形成对柴油机故障的整体认识.

Abstract:The Condition monitoring and fault diagnosis system of diesel engine was bases on distributed structure, The system hardware includes bottom layer sensor, middle layer signal adjusting and top layer monitoring and diagnosis computers. The Labview was used to program the system software and non-coupling module design was also adopted, The low speed signals were delivered to host computer through serial port; USB was adopted by monitoring signals to communicate with host computer; the flashboard was adopted inner by high-speed sampling to realize communication. The two grades expert system was adopted by the fault diagnosis system. The whole reorganization of diesel engine fault was established through calculating of the elementary reliability for single fault in former end and amalgamation of single signal in back end.
