基于分层随机抽样的技术保障装备维修性验证方法

摘    要:针对装备技术水平日益复杂、后期维修保障难度日益加大的问题,提出一种基于分层随机抽样的维修性试验样本选取方法。通过分层随机抽样来选择维修性试验样本的方法,针对电子类技术保障装备的技术特点,推导出试验样本数量的确定方法以及结论判定方法,并以某型技术保障装备的维修性为例进行试验验证。结果表明:该方法能提高样本的代表性和最终判定结论的准确性,可对电子类技术保障装备维修性验证试验工作提供参考。

Abstract:Aiming at the complex equipment technical level, increasing difficulty in later stage maintenance, put forwards a support equipment maintainability verification methods based on stratified random sampling. Select maintenance test sampling by stratified random sampling. According to technical features of electronic technology support equipment, derivate ascertain method of test sampling numbers and evaluation judgment method. Take certain type technology support equipment maintenance as example to verify. The results show that the method can improve sampling representativeness and the final judgment results correctness. It is also a reference for electronic technology support equipment maintenance verification test.
