基于分组数据的可靠性变点分析

摘    要:基于分组数据的可靠性变点分析模型,利用最小二乘法研究基于分组数据的可靠性变点问题,并对变点是否存在及变点的位置进行估计.并建立目标函数,通过求导得到参数的最小二乘估计,最后判断产品的可靠性变点是否存在及估计其位置.数值模拟表明最小二乘法变点分析结果具有较高准确性和稳定性.

Abstract:Based on the reliability change-point model of grouping data,least squares methods is used to resolve the problem of change-point in reliability data while the presence and position of change-point are estimated.Then establish target function and calculate the least squares estimation of parameter.At last,check up if the reliability change-point is existed and estimate the position of the change-point.Result of numerical simulation indicates least squares methods is exact and steady.
