摘    要:基于ANSYS的远场涡流建模步骤包括:建立模型、设置模型参数、划分网格、加载激励及边界条件、求解并后处理.该模型的仿真分为无缺陷与有缺陷两类.无缺陷仿真分析得出相位和幅值随检测线圈和激励线圈间距离的变化关系,有缺陷仿真证实运用远场涡流检测技术检测缺陷位置及其深度信息的可行性.

Abstract:T The modeling of remote field eddy current based on ANSYS contains building model, setting up model parameter, partitioning mesh, loading drive and boundary condition, solving and processing. The simulation of the model is divided into two kinds of zero defect and defective. The change relation between detect coil and exciting coil is ;obtained through analyzing simulation of zero defect. The simulation experiment of defective shows that defect position and depth information is detected with remote field eddy current testing technology is viable.
