摘    要:自主式保障,借助信息化手段综合保障要素,形成一种无缝的后勤保障系统,不但提高战备完好性,且降低保障费用,使武器装备以最低的成本达到规定的执行任务率。系统中的“预测与状态管理”技术(PHM)可使装备保障从状态监控向状态管理转变,并以“视情维修”取代“事后维修”或“定期维修”。为使自主式保障系统运转,必须有一个启动信号,装备中的PHM系统正是激励自主式保障系统自发响应的核心部件。

Abstract:Though comprehensive support factors of information means,the automotive support can form an integrated logistic support system.It can improve the readiness integrity while decrease its support cost,thus make weapon equipment meets mission requirements under lowest costs.System PHM technologies can make the equipment transform from monitoring conditions to behaviour management,while replace after maintenance or regular maintenance by maintenance according to situations.A startup signal is needed to operate ...
