摘    要:针对粒状发射药包装过程中定量称重的自动化需求,研制了一套粒状发射药自动定量称重系统。介绍系统的设备组成,详细说明控制系统的设计和实现,通过研究真空输送和电子定量称重2个系统关键技术,实现自动上料和自动定量称重。该系统已用于实际生产中,应用结果表明:该系统包装效率达到80箱/h,实现了上料、定量称重和装药的自动化,提高了包装质量和安全性。

Abstract:An automatic quantitative weighing system of granular propellant is developed to meet the requirement of automatic quantitative weighing during the granular propellant packaging process. Firstly, the devices of this system are introduced. Then the design and implementation of control system are explained in detail. Finally, the automatic feeding and quantitative weighing has been achieved by researching vacuum conveying technology and electronic quantitative weighing technology. The system has been applied in production, the application results show: the system can package 80 containers per hour, it realizes automatic feeding, quantitative weighing and charging, improves the quality and safety of packaging.
