| 摘 要： | 在对国内外ATE(自动测试设备)通用平台的发展历程进行综述的基础上,参考国外设计较为成功的通用自动测试设备,分析了国内ATE存在的问题,阐明了研究ATE通用平台的必要性,介绍了通用性设计的原则,并重点讨论了ATE通用平台的关键技术。

| Abstract: | Based on the summarizing of Automatic Test Equipment(ATE) general platform development course in the world,and the reference on the more successful general automatic test equipment overseas,the problems in ATE of our country are analyzed in this article,the necessity of ATE general platform research is expatiated,the principal in generally design is introduced and the key technologies regard to ATE general platform are also discussed in detail. |
