摘    要:设计了一种小型位置反馈式电动伺服系统,该系统具有响应快速、超调小、性能稳定优良、体积小、重量轻、实用价值高等优点。首先介绍了该伺服系统的工作原理与组成,然后对该系统控制电路的关键设计——PWM控制、二次电源电路、反馈电路以及H桥功放电路进行着重分析,并对可能影响该伺服系统性能和控制精度的关键技术、关键器件进行了分析和讨论。

Abstract:A small electric servo position feedback system is designed, this system has fast response, small overshoot, stable performance, practical value of higher benefits. The working principle and compo- nents of the servo system are introduced, and then the key to the system control, secondary power supply circuit, reactive circuit as well as the H-bridge power amplifier circuit are analyzed emphasisly, the key technologies, key components which can affect the servo system performance and its control accuracy are analyzed and discussed.
