摘    要:针对基于盖革模式雪崩光电二极管(APD)阵列的激光雷达,提出一种分析其探测性能的方法。通过分析APD像元产生的初级光电子和噪声计数率,对APD像元的探测概率、虚警概率和漏警概率进行研究和仿真。结果表明,当激光雷达发射和接收光学系统一定时,且探测500 m处目标,激光脉冲能量小于150μJ时,APD的探测概率随着激光脉冲能量的增加而提高;当激光脉冲能量在150μJ以上增加时,APD的探测概率保持不变。

Abstract:This paper introduces a methed for analysing the performance of laser radar based on Geigermode avalanche photo diode (APD) arrays. The detection probability, false-alarm probability and leakage alarm probability are researched and simulated, while the primary photon electronics and dark count rate were considered in simulation. For a target at a distance of 500 m, the detection probability of the radar system can be improved as the pulse energy increasing, while the pulse energy should less than 150μJ. When the pulse energy beyond 150 μJ, the detection probability can not be improved by increasing the pulse energy.
