摘    要:炮身长后坐式自动炮的后坐力大小直接影响摇架和托架的可靠性设计。通过内弹道计算,分析了低温、常温、高温情况下内弹道特性,建立了自动炮虚拟样机。应用Adams软件对自动炮进行射击运动循环的动力学分析,比较了不同环境温度、不同射角的后坐特性,分析了后坐质量对自动炮循环及后坐阻力的影响,降低了自动炮的最大后坐力。

Abstract:Recoil force of long recoil barrel automatic mechanism will lead the difficult reliable design of gun carriage.The interior ballistic calculation was finished and the chamber pressure of the interior ballistic under low and normal and high temperature is analyzed.The dynamics model was established and the dynamical simulation on the firing motion cycle is compared in application of Adams software,the effect of recoil mass to motion cycle and recoil force is analyzed under different temperature and launch angel,the results shows that the optimal recoil mass could be got to reduce the recoil force effectively.
