摘    要:中部离合器为转弹机提供直接动力并具有转弹到位后自锁的功能,是转弹机的重要部件。通过对中部离合器工作过程分析,建立了其三维实体模型和有限元模型,并采用有限元软件ANSYS Workbench11.0进行了结构强度分析,确定了引起中部离合器断裂的主要原因为预压角过大和齿根部应力集中,提出了相应的改进措施。

Abstract:Central clutch is an important part in the projectiles rotating mechanism,it can provide direct power for the projectiles rotating mechanism and have a self-locking function as the rotating bomb is turned to be in place.3D physical model and finite element models were established by means of analysis on working programs of the central clutch.Strength analysis of structure was carried out with the aid of finite element software ANSYS Workbench 11.0,and the main reasons that result in the central clutch fracture are the bigger prepressure angle and stress concentration in gear tooth root.Some improving measures were put forward to overcome these disadvantages.
