基于RecurDyn的弹簧-液压式缓冲装置动力学仿真研究

摘    要:缓冲装置对自动机后坐力、射击稳定性、系统的射击精度的影响至关重要,是现代自动机研究的重要部分。某中口径自动机采用弹簧-液压式缓冲装置,以该自动机为研究对象,基于多刚体动力学理论,运用 RecurDyn软件建立了其动态仿真模型,通过仿真计算,得到自动机8连发后坐部分位移与后坐力曲线,与该样机实测8连发后坐部分位移曲线和后坐力曲线比较,相对误差在5%以内,表明用该方法计算的结果比较符合实际情况。

Research on Dynamics Simulation of the Spring-hydraulic of Recoil Mechanism Based on RecurDyn
Abstract:The recoil mechanism,as an important research area of modern automatic gun,is essential to the recoil force and firing stability of fire gun and firing precision of automatic gun. The spring-hy-draulic equipment is adopted for the recoil mechanism of a certain medium caliber automatic gun with the automatic gun as object of research. Based on the use of multi-body dynamics theory,the modeling of simulation & dynamic was established through the application of the RecurDyn software. By means of simulation calculation,recoiling mass displacement curve and the recoil force of eight volleying are acquired. Through a comparison with actual tested displacement curve of recoiling mass and the recoil force of automatic gun,the relative error can be within 5%. The comparison results show that the ob-tained results are more realistic.
