大量程高射频火炮自动机运动规律测试系统的光路设计

摘    要:针对需满足当前大量程、高射频火炮自动机运动规律的测试要求,基于相关研究并在总结自动机运动特点的基础上,提出一种大量程高射频自动机运动规律测试方法。利用一字线形激光器作为测试光源,经柱面平凸透镜一维扩束后照射到自动机运动机构所粘贴的原向反射屏上,原向反射屏随自动机同步运动。通过高速相机采集原向反射屏运动的图像序列,经图像处理获得自动机的运动规律。根据实际测试指标分析方法所涉及到的光学参数,对曲柄导杆机构一维运动规律进行测试,试验结果表明:在满足某型号火炮自动机行程为700 mm,理论运动最大速度为10 m/s的试验条件下,系统所测的位移和速度误差分别为0.57%和0.99%,该光路设计方案可行。

Optical Design of Large Range and High Frequency Artillery’s Automatic Machine Movement Rules Test System
Abstract:For the problem of the test requirement of the current long-range,high frequency artillery’s automatic machine,based on sunmming the current research and the automatic mechanism movement characteristics,a test method of large range and high frequency automatic movement was proposed. This method uses a linear shape semiconductor laser as the test light source which exposure to the retro-reflective screen through one-dimensional beam expander by cylindrical lens pasted on the automatic mechanism plane of movement and the retroreflective screen will move simultaneously with automatic mechanism. High-speed camera is used to capture images sequence of reflected spot is used to get au-tomatic mechanism movement rules by image processing. The optical parameters and the system trigger be analyzed,error of displacement and velocity was 0.57% and 0.99%,the feasibility of optical de-sign is verified under the experimental conditions with the range of 700 mm and the theoretical maxi-mum speed is 10 m/s ,which is satisfy a certain type of artillery’s automatic machine.
