摘    要:以某新型机枪枪架弹性变形较大、射击精度较低为背景,以枪架质量为控制目标函数,利用有限元优化分析软件对该枪枪架的结构参数进行了优化设计,使枪架的变形减小、稳定性提高。并对结构优化前后整枪的固有特性和响应特性进行了仿真计算与对比分析,说明结构修改后,武器的射击频率与固有频率的匹配更加合理,连发射击时的射向一致性有了大幅度提高,更好的实现了机枪射击时的动态稳定性。所得结论对于枪架结构参数改进、机枪射击精度的提高具有理论参考价值。

Abstract:Taking tripod mount of a new machine gun with more elastic deformation and lower fire accuracy as background, mount mass as control target function, structure parameters of tripod mount are optimized by use of finite element optimization analysis software so as to decrease deformation and improve stability of tripod mount. Inherent characteristics and response features before and after optimization are calculated and contrasted in order to carry out simulatioti and analysis. After structure is improved, compatibility of fire rate and inherent rate of weapon is more reasonable, and consistence of burst fire is better, and dynamic stability during machine gun is firing is better. Obtained conclusion has been proved that reference value in theory can improve structure parameters and firing accuracy of tripod mount.
