| 摘 要： | 炮膛烧蚀是长期存在的严重影响火炮身管寿命的问题，身管内膛涂覆耐烧蚀保护层是提高身管抗烧蚀能力，延长身管寿命的最新方法之一。重点研究了身管涂层材料的选取原则、制备技术和工艺，比较了各种制备技术的优缺点，并针对炮膛工况特点，确定了一种较为合理的身管内膛涂层制备工艺，设计出了两种检验身管涂层耐烧蚀性的试验装置。该研究也可为相关领域的研究或试验提供一定的参考借鉴作用。
