火炮身管内膛涂层制备及检验方法

摘    要:炮膛烧蚀是长期存在的严重影响火炮身管寿命的问题,身管内膛涂覆耐烧蚀保护层是提高身管抗烧蚀能力,延长身管寿命的最新方法之一。重点研究了身管涂层材料的选取原则、制备技术和工艺,比较了各种制备技术的优缺点,并针对炮膛工况特点,确定了一种较为合理的身管内膛涂层制备工艺,设计出了两种检验身管涂层耐烧蚀性的试验装置。该研究也可为相关领域的研究或试验提供一定的参考借鉴作用。
