摘    要:雷达航迹信息融合是当前C^3I系统的研究热点之一,但尚未建立一套相关的客观测试与评价体系。本文提出一种实用的雷达航迹信息融合的测试与评估方法,介绍了多方向多批次以及多种航路条件下的测试方法,并给出了各种空情信息融合正确率的评估准则。已被应用于某C^3I研究项目中。

Abstract:Trajectory fusion in radars is one of the research focuses of present C^3I system. The relevant testing and evaluating system has not been set up yet. In this paper, a practical method for testing and evaluating quality of the trajectory fusion is presented. A testing method under multi directions, multi tracks and various trajectory conditions is proposed, and the evaluating criterion about the rate of right fusion under different trajectory conditions is presented as well. This method has the application in a C^3I research project.
