摘    要:卫星综合信息网是卫星通信与传统网络技术融合的必然发展趋势。网络中的卫星节点是具有星载系统的智能实体。由于网络本身所特有的动态性、高延迟特性以及资源的受限性,传统的网络管理不能适用于这种网络。为此,提出了一种新的网络管理体系并设计了新的面向对象的网管协议。基于此协议开发了卫星综合信息网的网络管理系统,并针对卫星网络的特点,提出了资源和任务管理,有效降低了网络的高延迟、异构及资源受限对于网管的影响,提高了卫星网络管理的有效性和准确性。

Abstract:Integrated Satellite Information Network is the way to realize fusion of satellite communication and traditional network technology. Satellite in space is intelligent node with computing resource. Due to its mobility, high-delay and limit of network resources, traditional network management is no longer adaptable. To solve this problem, a new network management architecture was proposed, and the new object-oriented network management protocol was designed. On this base, a network management system was designed, resource and task management were considered besides traditional functions, which reduce the influence of high-delay and limit of resources on the network management, improve its validity and accuracy.
