摘    要:目标跟踪航迹辨识系统常常出现信号丢失现象,这时递推误差协方差阵(ECM)是一个随机过程;针对探测率小于1的不完全量测,给出了估计误差协方差系统统计稳定性的条件和稳态Kalman滤波的线性矩阵不等式(LMI)计算法。对给定滤波方差约束指标,设计一种新的滤波器,使得模型容许的噪声强度尽可能的大。在目标跟踪中,它的工程意义是在选定探测器性能指标下,设计出能适应目标机动范围较大的滤波器。最后利用航迹辨识系统的数值算例对研究结果给出了说明。
