子母弹活塞式抛撒机构空中抛撒模型及仿真研究

摘    要:对有活塞最大行程限制的子母弹活塞式抛撒机构空中抛撒内弹道过程及子弹外弹道初始条件计算方法进行了探讨,建立了抛撒弹道模型,并进行了数值仿真。内弹道模型首次对活塞有最大行程限制问题以及动态抛撒过程中反作用力对母弹系统造成的影响进行了研究;子弹初始外弹道模型分析了带导向管、母弹旋转及子弹装配问题等。仿真结果符合实际过程,说明模型合理。可为活塞式抛撒机构结构设计、结构优化及空中抛撒散布效果分析提供理论指导。
