履带车辆电传动发动机一发电机组控制系统开发研究

摘    要:发动机一发电机组作为能量产生装置为履带车辆电传动系統提供动カ源,从而发动机ー发电机组的控制成为电传动系统的关键技术之一。通过分析履带车辆电传动系统对发动机一发电机组的要求,确定了发动机一发电机组的具体功能及其控制策略,完成了发动机ー发电机组综合控制系统软硬件的设计开发,并在样车上进行试验研究。试验结果表明.,发动机一发电机组控制方案的设计可以满足整车各エ况对能量的需求,具有较好的响应性。

Abstract:The engine-generator set is an energy generating equipment which supplies power to the electric transmission, so the control of the engine-generator is one of the key technologies of electric transmission. Based on the discussion on the function of engine-generator set in an electric transmission, the detailed function of engine-generator and the control strategy were established. The hardware and software of the control system were also developed. The experiment on a prototype vehicle was conducted. And the preliminary results indicate that the design of the engine-generator control system can satisfy the power requirement of vehicle in all of vehicle operating conditions, and the control system has a good responsibility.
