齿隙非线性研究进展

摘    要:系统地介绍并总结了近年来齿隙非线性控制领域的研究成果。对不同齿隙模型作了分析,总结了目前齿隙非线性的补偿方法,结合齿隙位于被控对象中不同位置的控制系统,介绍了各种控制理论和控制策略在齿隙非线性控制领域的研究进展,并展望了该领域未来的研究方向。

Abstract:A survey was presented that generalizes studies in the area of backlash nonlinear control in recent years. Different backlash models and compensation approaches for backlash nonlinearity were analyzed, and applications of various methods in the field of backlash nonlinearity control were introduced for systems with backlash located in various positions. Some remarks on the issue were given.
