摘    要:为了在装备承制部门实施客观有效的装备软件质量评优活动,提出了一种层次分析法(AHP)与消去选择轮换法(ELECTRE)相结合的装备软件质量评价新方法。改进了AHP方法,无需进行一致性检验就可以得到各指标的权重值,避免了人为调整判断矩阵的盲目性。在ELECTRE法中定义了联合优势矩阵,得到被评价对象间的超序关系,通过超序关系图的搜索完成评价对象间的排序比较。利用该方法对某类装备的多个型号软件进行了质量评优。结果表明,与传统综合评价方法相比,提出的方法克服了被评价对象在某些指标值过高时会掩盖其它指标值而影响评价结果准确性的不足,减少了判断的主观性,更能真实地反映装备软件质量的优劣。

Abstract:In order to implement equipment software quality evaluation objectively and effectively in equipment supplier departments,a new method based on analytic hierarchy process ( AHP) and elimination et choice translating reality ( ELECTRE) was proposed.
