| Abstract: | In order to establish the effective evaluating model of the system, the complex multiple attribute utility theory was introduced on the basis of the WSEIAC model. The paper gave further a comprehensive performance evaluation of the plan for a multiple launcher rocket system on a warship, and provided a reliable suggestion to the choice of the plan. |
