高能量密度材料3,4-二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱性能及应用研究

3,4-二硝基呋咱基氧化呋咱(DNTF)是一种新型高能量密度材料,通过对其理化、爆轰性能研究,证明其各项性能优于奥克托今(HMX)而接近六硝基六氮杂异全兹烷(CL-20).DNTF能量高、熔点低、热安定性良好、感度适中,适于在推进剂、战斗部装药及爆炸网络中应用.另外,DNTF能与梯恩梯(TNT)形成低共熔物,可以调配成不同熔点、不同能量要求的液相载体,为熔铸炸药的发展开辟了新领域.

A STUDY ON THE PROPERTIES AND APPLICAION OF HIGH ENERGY DENSITY MATERIAL DNTF

DNTF is a novel high energy density material. It has been proved that DNTF has better properties than those of HMX, and vicinal properties of CL-20 through investigation of its physico-chemical and detonation properties. DNTF possesses high energy, low melting point, good thermal stability and moderate sensitivity. It can be used in solid rocket propellant, warhead and explosive net with a broad prospect of applications. DNTF can form eutectic mixture with TNT and in liquid phase carriers having different melting point and different energy requirements can be prepared through the use of DNTF. The application of DNTF blazes a new trail for melt-cast explosives.
