摘    要:联合目标跟踪与分类(JTC)技术是信息融合领域新兴的一个研究方向。其基本思想是:通过在目标跟踪器和目标分类器之间进行双向信息交互,来同时有效地提高目标的跟踪精度和分类性能。介绍了JTC技术的基本原理。将现有JTC技术划分为两大类——基于质点运动模型的JTC技术和基于刚体运动模型的JTC技术,并作了对比分析。综合论述了JTC技术的发展。指出JTC技术目前存在的主要问题以及未来的研究方向。

Abstract:The technology of joint target tracking and classification(JTC) is one of the fast emerging research focuses in the field of information fusion.The basic idea of JTC is that the significant improvements in performance of target tracking and classification can be expected by taking advantage of the two-way exchange of useful information between the tracker and classifier.After the presentation of the principle of JTC,existing JTC technologies were broadly categorized into two classes,that is,point-target-motion-model based JTC and rigid-targetmotion-model based JTC,which were compared in detail.A review of the advance in the JTC technology was also given.The main difficulties and the opening problems of the JTC technology were presented.
