短纤维增强金属基复合材料的热残余应力及其对拉伸和压缩载荷下应力分布的影响

摘    要:运用空间轴对称有限元方法,研究了短纤维增强金属基复合材料热残余应力的分布及其对拉伸和压缩载荷下应力分布的影响.研究表明,在拉伸和压缩载荷下,热残余应力可导致不对称的应力分布;热残余应力降低拉伸时的应力传递,加强压缩时的应力传递.

Abstract:Distribution of thermal residual stress and its effects on the stress distribution in the matrix and fiber under tensile and compressive loadings of short fiber reinforced metal matrix composite are studied using the large strain two-dimension axisymmetric elastoplastic finite element method. It is demonstrated that the thermal residual stresses can result in asymmetrical stress distributions under tensile and compressive loadings. Thermal residual stresses tend to enhance the stress transfer in compression yet reduce the stress transfer in tension.
