多工况载荷下动力舱支架结构拓扑优化设计

摘    要:为了将拓扑优化方法引入某动力舱支架结构的优化设计,采用基于变密度方法的结构拓扑优化技术,以最小化结构静力和频率特性合成柔度指数为目标函数,以保留体积比为约束条件,进行了支架结构的拓扑优化设计,并对优化前、后支架结构的刚强度及模态振型进行了对比与分析,结果表明优化以后动力舱支架的静、动态特性均得到了较大幅度的改善,最大应力由954MPa降低为207MPa,1阶固有频率由48.5 Hz提高到141 Hz,说明采用拓扑优化技术进行动力舱支架结构的优化设计是一种行之有效的方法。

Abstract:In order to use the optimization method in the structure design of a power train bracket,a topology optimization based on density variables method was studied.In the optimization,the minimum combined compliance index considering multiple frequencies and static load conditions was taken as an objective function,and the fraction of design volume as the constraint.It can be found that the stiffness,strength and modal performance of the optimized bracket are improved tremendously after optimization,the maximal ...
