摘    要:气缸盖是发动机中最大,最复杂的零部件之一。结构的复杂性使得在气缸盖设计中应用CAD技术受到很大限制。目前,气缸盖CAD系统的开发在国内仍属空白。本文以I-DEASMaster6.0为开发平台,充分挖掘Open Ideas功能,综合应用参数化特征建模技术。面向对象技术和数据库技术。开发了“高速大功率车用柴油机气缸盖CAD系统”(实际上是一个三维建模,二维绘图及有限元结构分析,优化的集成系统),建立高速大功率车用柴油机气缸盖的现代设计软环境。

Abstract:Cylinder head is one of the largest and the most complex parts in an engine . Application of CAD is greatly limited due to the complexity of its structure. Today,the development of CAD for the cylinder head system is a field yet to be unfolded in China. Based on the I DEAS Master 6.0,utilizing fully functions of the Open Ideas and applying techniques of parametric modeling based on features,object orientation and database techniques,a CAD system for the cylinder head of high speed heavy duty vehicular diesel engine is developed. It is an integrated system involving 3D modeling,2D graphics,FEM analysis and Optimization. In this way a software environment for the design of cylinder head is established.
