摘    要:辐射源威胁等级判定是电子对抗领域的一个重要研究课题,干扰资源分配、干扰辅助决策都以等级判定作为基础.在分析海军现有侦察机威胁等级判断方法的基础上,利用目标权重的一致性排序方法确定了威胁判断因子的权重,用模糊集理论建立了其隶属度函数,进而提出和建立了一种计算辐射源威胁等级的方法,并给出了辐射源威胁等级的评判标准.文中实例说明,该方法是可行、有效的,为威胁等级的判断提供一种新的途径,从而使侦察机能适应日益复杂的辐射源威胁环境.

Abstract:Emitter threatening grade evaluation is a particular subject in electronic countermeasures. It is the foundational work in jam resources allocation and assistant decision making. Based on an analysis of the threatening grade evaluation process now in use in navy scoutplanes weights of threatening factors for the emitter using the object consensus ranking principle were proposed. Membership functions of threatening factors for the emitter were determined by fuzzy sets, and a new way of radiant imperilment grade evaluation was presented. Criterion of emitter threatening grade evaluation was given. This is shown to be feasible and effective with a concrete example. The method may present a new way in threatening grade evaluation, and consequently enable the settlement of more complicated threatening environment.
